Looking for a full-featured Laserfiche enterprise content management system that scales to your organization’s needs and budget? Our services cover planning, installation, configuration and ongoing support for your customized system.

It’s not enough to store your digital content and data. It must be accessible to the applications you use most. We connect applications to Laserfiche, allowing them to share data and open documents from integration points inside those other applications.

We can, and often do, expand the capabilities of Laserfiche with customized applications and services that simplify data collection and/or extend functionality.

Laserfiche

The Laserfiche document management product suite includes a modular set of capture, distribution, process management and integration tools. Designed to solve problems in the real world, Laserfiche products work together to balance sometimes competing points of view without compromising the basics of efficiency, security or technical workability.

Fast Folders™

Working within a Laserfiche repository, Fast Folders almost instantly generates a folder structure as simple or complex as needed, with minimal input from the user or input file.

UnIT

Any application that can generate a command line can integrate quickly and seamlessly with Laserfiche using the Universal Integration Translator. This allows connectivity to many applications, and allows the user to search and browse documents through a simple command line interface.

Laserfiche/Yardi Integration

We can help you integrate Laserfiche with YARDI, a popular web based accounting system. Integrating systems streamlines the accounts payable process and allows users to scan bills and receipts once, then store them in both Laserfiche and YARDI. The integrated system stores batch and control numbers, as well as images, for future review and faster reconciliation.

Export Volume Manager

Allows you to establish routine and scheduled Laserfiche volume (activity) backups and export them on a batch basis. An exported volume can be reattached to Laserfiche, unlike regular volumes stored on backup tape, requiring time consuming restoration.

Conversions

A large part of what we do at Southern Technology Group, is convert older, legacy systems to more current methods of electronic document filing, and indexing. This offers our clients the ability to identify, and locate documents with a few simple clicks, drastically increasing productivity, while reducing labor cost.
